John Buchan and Alfred Hitchcock’s
Adapted by Patrick Barlow
From an original concept by Simon Corble and Nobby Dimon

A Black RAT Productions, Blackwood Miners' Institute and RCT Theatres co-production
Directed by Richard Tunley

Hitchcock’s tale of espionage is playfully brought to the stage as a comic spoof by the team behind Bouncers, Up ‘N’ Under: The Welsh Tour, Neville’s Island, Boeing Boeing and last year’s Bedroom Farce.

Follow the incredible adventures of our dashing hero Richard Hannay (Gareth John Bale), complete with stiff-upper-lip, British gung-ho and pencil moustache as he encounters dastardly murders, double-crossing secret agents, and, of course, devastatingly beautiful women.

Fast- paced and gripping this hilarious whodunit features 4 fabulous actors, 139 characters and 39 steps all in 100 minutes!

A 'spiffingly good' night at the theatre – The 39 Steps is a theatrical experience not to be missed.
