Our objectives
We have identified the following key objectives which provide strategic direction for the service, and creating a far-reaching 'R.I.P.P.L.E' effect of the influence of the work that we do:
- R – To support the Regeneration of the county borough, by supporting the arts infrastructure.
- I – To increase access across the arts and support the Inclusion of disadvantaged sectors of the community.
- P – To develop a balanced, imaginative, and innovative arts Programme.
- P – To enhance local cultural identity, promoting a Positive image of the county borough.
- L – To encourage Learning through the arts.
- E – To encourage Excellence, and improve the performance of the service.
